Fans of the old school Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series from the late ’80s-mid ’90s and the quarter-draining, beat-em ‘up arcade games from Konami (1989’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and 1991’s Turtles in Time) which it spawned have plenty of reason to shout “Cowabunga!” after Wednesday’s reveal of the retro-infused Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge.
